Our ‘New Beginnings’ Refugee & Asylum Seeker Project supports refugees & asylum seekers to become volunteers. We give advice and support to organisations and have produced translated materials in eight languages. This project was funded by the Big Lottery Fund until July 2011 and we are currently running a skeleton service (Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings), while we raise funds to deliver a fuller service.
