Roo is the first point of contact for enquries about becoming a volunteer or about developing and publicising volunteering opportunities. Roo coordinates our own team of volunteers, our drop in, and publicity for the Volunteer Centre. Roo works Monday - Thursday.
James Kazadi, New Beginnings Volunteer Coordinator

James is the first point of contact for refugees and asylum seekers who want to become volunteers. Whilst we are seeking funding to continue our New Beginnings Refugee & Asylum Seeker Volunteering Project, James works Tuesdays on refugee volunteering. On Wednesdays & Thursdays, he is the Volunteer Centre's Monitoring & Admin Officer
Julia South, Volunteer Centre Manager

Julia oversees the smooth running and development of the Volunteer Centre. She works with volunteer involving organisations to share learning on good practice in volunteering. She represents the Volunteer Centre in volunteering networks and partnerships, and promotes volunteering within the city. Julia works Tuesday - Thursday.
