Voluntary Action Sheffield (VAS) Training Programme
VAS runs a number of training courses for volunteer coordinators either paid or unpaid.
Examples of day courses:
- Organising your volunteer programme
- Attracting and keeping volunteers
- Involving refugee volunteers
- Working with Young Volunteers
VAS also runs an NOCN Level 3 Award in Volunteer Management, which is the nationally recognised vocational qualification for volunteer managers and coordinators. This is an annual course and requires a more significant commitment of time. It has an excellent reputation.
